This Savile Row-based luxury menswear brand has a long history and now provides modern sartorial and relaxed tailoring and complementary wardrobe products with a unique handwriting.
It is a complex business, with 2 proprietary factories, a substantial wholesale business and an international operation with retail stores in the US and South Korea and 2 warehouses in UK and US.
Re-structured buying process to separate wholesale and retail buys to protect the D2C business
Balancing buy requirement whilst optimising factory capacity
Transition to a new Shopify website and stock and fabric management system (Zedonk)
Co-ordinating collaborations with external brands, pop-ups, and various wholesale initiatives

This menswear ecomm startup creates innovative premium garments "from the future" using innovative materials such as Graphene, Aerogel and metal.
Implement merchandising practices in reporting, planning and critical path management. Later assisted in recruitment of permanent Merchandising Manager.
Key elements in this project have included:
Planning around a "Launch" (ie drop) model
Buy and stock management plans for 3 years with a growth target of 70% each year
Generating data and plans to support investment round

This much-loved Shoreditch store and website provides premium branded Menswear, Womenswear and Lifestyle products. Additionally, they have a separate site for branded (mainly sneaker) drops.
Initially recruited in a fractional merchandising capacity, I also assisted in a variety of initiatives
